"Basic"

A five page website. Site includes the index page, three sub-pages and a php-based contact form page. Contact form includes 5 fields or less, and form results will be emailed to your specified email address in a readable format. You may substitute a fourth sub-page for the contact form page. Includes the creation of five coordinating site navigation images (may be substituted with text navigation, if you prefer) and a scanned, digitized image of your logo included on all pages. Custom page graphics are available at additional cost.

"Advanced"

A ten page website. Pages include index page, eight sub-pages, and a php email contact form page. Contact form includes 5 fields or less, and form results will be emailed to you in a readable format. "Simple Frames"

A site in three frames. Includes header or footer frame, navigation frame, and main content frame. Pages change in the main content frame and remain static in the other two frames. Includes HTML pages for the two static frames, an index page and four sub-pages. Also includes five coordinating navigation images (may be substituted with text navigation, if you prefer). Incorporates your digitized logo image in the header or footer frame.

"Complex Frames"

Available only with Custom Graphics package. Up to nine frames (number of frames needed is dependent upon the complexity of the graphic design). Navigation frame (optionally) changes in relation to the section of the site being viewed. Complex framesets are used primarily to "frame" the main content pages with images. Setup price includes coding the frameset and populating the image frames with graphics created for your Custom Graphics package. "Per page" price includes coding of navigation and main content frame pages.

Custom Theme/Graphics

Includes development of the graphic design theme and layout of the website and all coordinating images necessary to support the site content. Your digitized logo image can be incorporated into the theme, or a custom logo can be created for you at additional charge. Please note, the listed price for a custom website theme is an estimate. The size and complexity of your site will determine your actual cost for this service. You will receive a price quote for theme creation after we have assessed your site materials.

This is the first page your visitors will see. Includes HTML coding/layout of the page and your content (does not include images).

Sub-pages

Sub-pages are supporting pages linked from your index page. Price includes HTML coding/layout per page. For continuity, the layout of these pages will be the same as that of your index page.

FAQ Script

Includes installation of a php-driven script for Frequently Asked Questions. With this script, you can have any number of questions and answers. Entries are stored in a MySQL database (must be provided by your webhost). It includes an online administration interface where you can add, edit, or delete entries, and set the order they appear on the page your visitors see. The script can be customized to match the look of the rest of your website. Price includes entry of up to twenty of your questions and answers, and instruction in the use of the administrative functions.

Contact Form

Configuration and installation of a php-based contact form. Optional "simple" form field validations are included, which will generate a message for the visitor if he or she leaves a form field blank. The results will be emailed to you in a readable format. The script can be customized to send the form results to more than one email address, and can be edited to reflect the look of the rest of your site. Price includes up to 10 form fields. Additional fields priced at $5.00 each. Complex form field validations, which can evaluate input data for acceptability, are available. Price will be determined by the complexity of the validations required.

Support Tickets

Configuration and installation of a CGI-based customer support "trouble ticket" interface. Features include customizeable user interface, category support, interactive database, create multiple staff members, password-protected administrative interface, and email notification of new customer entries. Many other features too numerous to mention. An additional charge of $70.00 will be incurred to register the program and remove the programmer's links from the interface pages. Registration is optional.

We do not write or edit the text content for your website with the exception of making corrections in spelling and/or grammar. Content must be provided to us as you want it to appear on your web page.

All prices assume that your written content will be provided to us in digital format. Written materials may be provided in .doc, .txt, .rtf, or from an existing html page.

If your written materials are in the form of a brochure, pamphlet, etc., and you wish to have us prepare it for your website, there will be an additional charge for converting the text to electronic format.

Website Images

All prices assume that your company logo, staff photographs, and any other images you supply will be in digital format.

We will resize and/or optimize images for web use. Any other image editing that needs to be done will incur an additional charge. There will be an additional charge if it is necessary to convert your photographs and any other graphics to digital format.

Domains and Hosting

We offer complete web services, including registration of your domain (in your name), administration of your domain, arranging hosting for your website, as well as setting up your email accounts. If interested, please about our "WebWorks" package.

You are responsible for obtaining a domain name and arranging hosting for your website, unless you have purchased our "WebWorks" package. We can provide email assistance with these procedures upon your request.

PHP and Databases

Most of the interactive scripts require that your website hosting account includes PHP. Several of them require that your hosting account also includes access to a MySQL database. If you choose to have more than one of these scripts on your website, it may be necessary to have more than one database. If we are going to host your website, this will be provided with your hosting account. If your site will be hosted elsewhere, you will need to have these things provided by your host.

General

Uploading your website and script installation requires that we have access to your username and password for your hosting account. This information is kept in the strictest confidence. We do not, under any circumstances, provide any of your personal information to another party.

Payment

Prices are quoted in U.S. funds. A deposit of 50% of the quoted project price is required before your project will be begun. There is no charge for evaluation of your materials and giving a price quote. Materials sent to us via postal mail will not be returned - please send only copies of your website materials (photographs, etc.).
